Possible Causes:

  1. Fuel Pump/Supply
  2. Ignition System

1. Fuel Pump/Supply:

Can you hear the Fuel pump turn on for 2 seconds when you first turn the key to run? If not select "Fuel Pump Isn't Running" from the menu.

If you can hear it run, check for fuel pressure.

On the V6 there is a Schroeder valve located to the right of the upper intake manifold. From there you can hook up a pressure gauge, or if not available open the valve with a flathead screwdriver or similar and see if fuel is present.

 Normal: 40.5 - 47 PSI

On the4 Cyl model you must connect the pressure gauge in between the fuel filter and the throttle body.

 Normal: 9-13 PSI

If you do not  reach the required fuel pressure select "Fuel Pressure" from the menu.

2.  Ignition System:

Unplug one of the spark plug wires from its plug and use a spark plug tester to test for spark. Or if not available, you can also remove the spark plug, re-connect the wire and then ground the base of the plug against the block. Repeat with two or more wires to be certain. If you do not have spark select "Ignition System" from the menu.
