I have an 84 Fiero that i bought 2 wks ago. It ran fine the first wk, but now I have a problem. I parked it after driving it for the evening and when I went out the next day to go to work the battery was dead. Took the battery out and charged it back up and drove it for the day, next morning it was dead again. What could be drawing down the battery? How do I go about finding the problem?

Have you checked your belt? I had a problem like that and my belt was just slipping so i replaced it and the problem went away.

Also if it continues look between the Headlights for the Dark blue wire.  Unplug it and see if it continues.  Some cars would kill batteries due to the headlight limit switches not knowing the headlights were down.

 Got my battery draining problem fixed, it was the altornator going bad.

I had the same problem.Turned out to be a "DRAW"Dont remember exactly,something to do with a stuck power switch.
