I primed the decklid today. Here is a closeup of the vent mod.

And here is the decklid. I am starting on the white right now and may post more later tonight or tomorrow.

Just waiting for the white basecoat to dry. Next are the airbrushed logos. The vent mod looks nice now that it has some color.

I still had time tonight so I just finished the GM logo. Measured and laid out the decal...

Masked it for paint

And sprayed the blue.....after which I removed the mask

And then the decal stencil once the paint had set up.

Tomorrow, the rest of the logos on the decklid will be painted.

I am replacing my 4 rotors, calipers and pads on my 1988 Fiero GT but cannot find a way to get the front rotors off. I've gotten everything off the back and I am now working on the driver's side front and before I take a sledghammer to the rotor I wanted to check here to see if the fronts come of differently than the rears.

With the rears I just had to tap them from the back with a hammer and they popped off.  I try the same tap even a little harder with the left front and it seems I am not even close to getting it to budge.

finally back!   tested fuel presure while running, droped down to 35 psi when i rev it , it drops down to 30 or a little lower. I think your wright about the tank being rusty even though i had it cleand . Im thinking the screen on the pump might be clogging up to because when the engine is not running its at 45 but idleing drops it down, like its restrictive or something. Does it sound like im on the wright track?    Thanks

Ok I have been building this car for the last 6mo. and posting pic's on another forum but I figured that it would be ok to post some here as well. this is what I have been up to on the car so far
I bought this 88GT Dec.07 and got started building it in May 08. the build on this car is quite a large undertaking with everything I am doing to the car it will be sometime before it will be done but I enjoy building it.
some of the things I have done or have planed for the car are as follows....
Choptop,Widebody,VDI doors,Custom 355 nose,Custom rear facia, 355 int., this is just what I have done to this point among other things.
here are just a few new pic's of the car as it sets now. I try to work on it as much as I can.
I hope you enjoy the pic's. let me know what you think. Shocked

I am new here but not new to Fiero's
I found this site by accident. I was going threw Fiero withdrawls. I am a member of other sites and for some reason the site is down. so I went looking for other Fiero junkies and I landed here.
Nice site! I saved it to my favorites.
I am building an 88GT choptop/widebody/custom I have been working on it for about 6mo. now and it has come a long way but it still has a long way to go.
